Traditional training programs take 1–2 years and cost up to $20,000. Stepful does it in 4 months for $2,500 — built for working adults, designed to launch careers, with outcomes well above national averages.

Multiple plan options based on location — Kaiser Permanente, Aetna, or BCBS HMSA — covering primary care, specialists, urgent care, hospitalization, and prescriptions.

Guardian PPO dental plans with 100% preventive coverage and orthodontia on select plans. Annual vision exams plus $150 frames/contacts allowance and $540 in additional eyewear credits through XP Health.
We work together in our SoHo, NYC office Tuesday through Thursday — with the flexibility to work from home Monday and Friday. Intentional in-person time to build deep relationships and move fast together.
Optional hospital, critical illness, and accident coverage through Voya. Voluntary Life & AD&D available for employees and dependents through Guardian.
