Graduate from High School or Complete Your GED
To start your livelihood as a pharmacy technician, you must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma, or have completed your GED. In addition, Kansas requires students to complete a background check. Not complying will prevent you from earning certification as a pharmacy technician.
