What is the refund policy?

A student who cancels before the first week of class receives all monies paid with the exception of the $59 non-refundable registration fee. Thereafter, the student who cancels receives a prorated refund.

What are the requirements to enroll in your surgical technologist program?

You need a copy of your high school or GED diploma and a stable internet connection. Additionally, you will need to pass a background check and drug test. Don’t worry about that! We will help you complete your tests and checks as part of your enrollment process to ensure that you’re employable in the surgical tech field. You must be 18 years old by the graduation date of your selected class time.

How does your money back guarantee work?

Your coach will work with you to help you find a healthcare job after you obtain your national certification. You get a full tuition refund (minus $59 registration fee) if you don’t get a job offer within 6 months of obtaining your national certification.

You will be nationally certified after obtaining your NCCT certification and will be able to work in every US state with the exception of the following states: NY, IL, AK, CT, ID, and OR

For certain states that have a shortage of surgical techs, your employer will need to apply for a waiver for you to work in those states. This is entirely dependent on your employer. These states include: Massachusetts, Nevada, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, and Tennessee.
